【摘要】：運(yùn)用協(xié)同理論對(duì)我國(guó)乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展機(jī)制進(jìn)行剖析,同時(shí)選取12個(gè)狀態(tài)指標(biāo),利用2006—2015年數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)建立系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià)各子系統(tǒng)及系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同水平。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)前我國(guó)乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)整體協(xié)同度仍處于較低水平,但系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)明顯,自2006—2011年,系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度增速整體水平略高,而2012—2015年系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度增長(zhǎng)速率下降至較低水平,整體而言,系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度水平的發(fā)展與我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)水平發(fā)展步調(diào)相似,系統(tǒng)于2012年節(jié)點(diǎn)處失穩(wěn),并向更高級(jí)有序的結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài)演化發(fā)展,我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)處于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型中,乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)處于遠(yuǎn)離平衡并不斷靠近系統(tǒng)突變的零界位置的中期階段;此外,我國(guó)乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)子系統(tǒng)間協(xié)調(diào)效果整體較差,但近年來(lái)子系統(tǒng)間協(xié)調(diào)水平具有上升趨勢(shì),而子系統(tǒng)間的有序度發(fā)展雖一度得到提高,但各子系統(tǒng)有序水平不一,且其子系統(tǒng)間有序度差距呈現(xiàn)擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì)�；诖�,提出相關(guān)建議以促進(jìn)我國(guó)乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)順利升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the development mechanism of dairy industry system in China by using synergetic theory, and selects 12 state indicators to use the data from 2006 to 2015. Through the establishment of system synergy evaluation model to analyze and evaluate the coordination level of each subsystem and system. The results show that the overall coordination degree of dairy industry system in China is still in a low level. But the increasing trend of system synergy is obvious. Since 2006-2011, the overall level of system synergy growth has been slightly higher, while the growth rate of system synergy has decreased to a lower level in 2012-2015. On the whole, the development of system synergy level is similar to that of China's macro-economic level. In 2012, the system lost its stability at the node and developed to a more advanced and orderly structural state. China's macro-economy is in the process of industrial structure transformation, and the dairy industry system is in the middle stage of being far away from equilibrium and constantly approaching the zero boundary position of system mutation. In addition, the overall effect of coordination among subsystems of dairy industry system in China is poor, but the level of coordination among subsystems has an upward trend in recent years, and the development of order degree among subsystems has been improved once. However, the order level of each subsystem is different, and the gap of order degree between subsystems is increasing. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward to promote the smooth upgrading of dairy industry structure in China.
