論文介紹了對中國一小群從事農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)工作的農(nóng)戶進(jìn)行的調(diào)查結(jié)果,及近三年來其與中國政府頒布的生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)相關(guān)政策法規(guī)的關(guān)系。本文采用定性分析和案例研究相結(jié)合的方法,旨在確定生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)從業(yè)農(nóng)戶與被調(diào)查目標(biāo)政策的關(guān)系,試圖對農(nóng)戶接受這些政策法規(guī)的程度以及效果進(jìn)行個體化分析。本研究通過對世界各國生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)實施文獻(xiàn)的梳理,分析了中華人民共和國農(nóng)業(yè)部發(fā)布的有關(guān)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的官方文件。個案研究是通過問卷調(diào)查和公開訪談的方式進(jìn)行的,而數(shù)據(jù)則與調(diào)查目標(biāo)農(nóng)場的實地研究相結(jié)合。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,大多數(shù)答卷人不了解與其業(yè)態(tài)有關(guān)的政策執(zhí)行情況。只有很小一部分受益于政府補(bǔ)貼,而大多數(shù)農(nóng)民是因為受到個人動機(jī)和投資等因素的激勵。主要差距是缺乏相關(guān)信息和農(nóng)民對了解政策缺乏興趣,而開一個生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)場的重大挑戰(zhàn)仍然是市場渠道、農(nóng)場管理知識及資金的匱乏。這些方面與農(nóng)場的地理位置和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)背景有關(guān),有些農(nóng)場比其他農(nóng)場更有優(yōu)勢獲得機(jī)會并開始實施,但這并不能保證頭幾年的收入穩(wěn)定,因此許多農(nóng)場放棄了相關(guān)方面的嘗試。農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)是實現(xiàn)中國生態(tài)文明的基礎(chǔ),提高對農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和技術(shù)的認(rèn)識,可以幫助決策者更有效的來制定并執(zhí)行針對希望從事生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的小農(nóng)的政...
