【摘要】：正1案例介紹2015年6月24日,上海機(jī)場(chǎng)出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"上海機(jī)場(chǎng)局")檢驗(yàn)檢疫人員對(duì)某餐飲企業(yè)A公司進(jìn)行日常監(jiān)督檢查,于該企業(yè)職工食堂的廚房貨架上查見腐竹1袋,生產(chǎn)日期為2015年月5日,保質(zhì)期為3個(gè)月。監(jiān)督記錄描述該產(chǎn)品尚未開封,存放區(qū)域未查見待處理等標(biāo)識(shí)。檢驗(yàn)檢疫人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)責(zé)令A(yù)公司將該袋過期腐竹自行封存,不得擅自處理。2處置過程
