【摘要】：正國務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)在2015年所作的政府工作報告中提出"繼續(xù)推進(jìn)科技、教育、文化、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、養(yǎng)老保險、事業(yè)單位、住房公積金等領(lǐng)域改革。"住房公積金改革成為兩會代表最熱議的話題之一。據(jù)報道,2014年年底,住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部已經(jīng)基本完成了《住房公積金管理條例》修訂草案稿,對住房公積金用途方面的規(guī)定將更加多元化,住房公積金的提取使用范圍或?qū)⑦M(jìn)一步放寬。但是改革不能止步于此,加強(qiáng)住房公積金檔案管理應(yīng)當(dāng)是住房公積金改革的組成部分。近些年伴隨住房公積金業(yè)務(wù)量的增加,住房公積金檔案數(shù)量急劇
[Abstract]:In his report on government work in 2015, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council proposed that "we should continue to promote reforms in the fields of science and technology, education, culture, medicine and health, pension insurance, institutions, and housing provident funds." Housing provident fund reform has become one of the most popular topics on behalf of the two associations. It is reported that at the end of 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has basically completed the revised draft regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund, and the provisions on the use of housing provident funds will be more diversified. The scope of withdrawal and use of housing provident fund may be further relaxed. However, the reform can not stop here, strengthening the file management of housing provident fund should be an integral part of housing provident fund reform. In recent years, with the increase of housing provident fund business, the number of housing provident fund files is rapid.
