【摘要】：我國工業(yè)化和城市化的快速發(fā)展導致大量的農(nóng)村集體土地被征用,致使失地農(nóng)民的數(shù)量不斷擴大,失地農(nóng)民權益損害日益嚴重。文章從征地制度、農(nóng)村土地制度、城鄉(xiāng)二元化的結構體制等幾個方面,對我國失地農(nóng)民權益受損原因進行深入分析,以期為更好地保障失地農(nóng)民的權益,為積極有效地解決失地農(nóng)民問題提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China has led to a large number of rural collective land being expropriated, so that the number of land-losing farmers is expanding and the rights and interests of the landless farmers are becoming more and more serious. This paper, from the aspects of land acquisition system, rural land system, and the structure system of the dualism of urban and rural areas, analyzes the cause of the loss of land-land farmers' rights and interests in our country, with a view to providing a useful reference for the better protection of the rights and interests of the landless farmers.
