【摘要】：所謂依法行政就是要求行政人員要從觀點(diǎn)、評(píng)價(jià)、態(tài)度以及認(rèn)知方面的綜合反映要與法律法規(guī)相符合。公務(wù)員如能具備良好的依法行政意識(shí)會(huì)促進(jìn)其更好的適應(yīng)發(fā)展新常態(tài),從而為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)依法治國提供良好的保障和基礎(chǔ),本文通過對(duì)提升公務(wù)員依法行政的意義和依法行政意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,從而提出公務(wù)員在新常態(tài)下進(jìn)行依法行政意識(shí)的建議。
[Abstract]:Administration according to law means that the comprehensive reflection of views, evaluation, attitude and cognition of administrative personnel should be consistent with laws and regulations. If civil servants have a good sense of administration according to law, they will be able to better adapt to the new normal of development, thus providing a good guarantee and foundation for further promoting the rule of law. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the significance of promoting civil servants' administration according to law and the cultivation of their consciousness of administration according to law, so as to put forward some suggestions for civil servants to carry out the consciousness of administration by law under the new normal state.
