供給側改革下珠三角地區(qū)工資集體協(xié)商的深化值得研究

【摘要】:當前,經濟下行壓力仍在,企業(yè)的關停并轉、拆分、遷移加速等都使勞動關系的穩(wěn)定性受到沖擊。本文通過對南京M公司集體談判案的具體分析,討論集體協(xié)商談判時如何在維護職工權益的同時兼顧企業(yè)利益,以及如何做好談判訴求的妥協(xié)與勞資利益的平衡,是本案能夠取得成功的關鍵。
[Abstract]:At present, the downward pressure of economy is still in place, and the stability of labor relations is affected by the closure, separation and acceleration of migration. Through the concrete analysis of the collective bargaining case of Nanjing M Company, this paper discusses how to protect the rights and interests of the workers and staff while taking into account the interests of the enterprise, and how to balance the demands of negotiation with the interests of labor and capital. It is the key to the success of the case.
