【摘要】：正2017年5月11日澳大利亞農(nóng)業(yè)和水資源部消息:《進(jìn)口食品管控法規(guī)評(píng)審報(bào)告》正式發(fā)布。澳大利亞政府為加強(qiáng)對(duì)進(jìn)口食品安全管理,保障消費(fèi)者健康,同時(shí)減輕澳大利亞政府部門監(jiān)管壓力,擬修改進(jìn)口食品的管理方式,主要內(nèi)容有:加大進(jìn)口商的食品安全責(zé)任;加大進(jìn)口商的食品安全溯源能力;改善對(duì)新食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及突發(fā)食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的監(jiān)督管理;改善食品安全事件應(yīng)對(duì)能力。根據(jù)《立法法2003》規(guī)定,澳大利亞1990~1994年制定的相關(guān)法律將于2018年10月1日自動(dòng)廢止。有關(guān)"進(jìn)口食品管控法規(guī)"也屬于即將廢止法規(guī)內(nèi)容�；凇哆M(jìn)口食品
[Abstract]:On May 11, 2017, the Australian Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources announced the Review of Import Food regulations. In order to strengthen the management of imported food safety and protect the health of consumers, the Australian government intends to modify the management of imported food in order to reduce the regulatory pressure of Australian government departments. The main contents are as follows: increasing the responsibility of importers for food safety; Enhance the food safety traceability of importers; improve the supervision and management of new food safety risks and sudden food safety risks; improve food safety incident response ability. According to the legislation Act 2003, the relevant laws enacted in Australia from 1990 to 1994 will be repealed automatically on October 1, 2018.
