【摘要】：針對當(dāng)前我國普遍存在的醫(yī)療費用過高的問題,本文首先通過闡述醫(yī)療費用過高帶來的危害,論證了對醫(yī)療費用的規(guī)制必要性,并在分析我國高額醫(yī)療費用的主要構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上,對當(dāng)前我國醫(yī)療費用的行政規(guī)制現(xiàn)狀以及我國醫(yī)療費用行政規(guī)制存在的久治不愈的頑疾等問題展開論述,從中分析出我國現(xiàn)行醫(yī)療費用的行政審批和行政監(jiān)管的不足,并通過考察域外醫(yī)療費用行政規(guī)制的實踐經(jīng)驗,對完善我國醫(yī)療費用的行政規(guī)制提出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that medical expenses are too high in our country at present, this paper first demonstrates the necessity of regulating medical expenses by expounding the harm caused by excessive medical expenses. Based on the analysis of the main components of the high medical expenses in China, this paper discusses the current situation of the administrative regulation of medical expenses in China and the persistent and persistent problems existing in the administrative regulation of medical expenses in our country. This paper analyzes the deficiency of administrative examination and approval and administrative supervision of current medical expenses in our country, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to perfect the administrative regulation of medical expenses in our country by examining the practical experience of administrative regulation of medical expenses outside China.
