【摘要】：同一般國際投資相比,海外能源投資無疑面臨更高的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但當(dāng)前我國能源投資保障法律制度卻存在諸多問題。為推進(jìn)我國海外能源投資事業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,保障我國海外能源投資者的安全利益,我國須將海外能源投資戰(zhàn)略同"走出去"戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合,在充分考慮我國海外能源投資特點(diǎn)、借鑒外國海外投資保障經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建并完善我國自身的海外能源投資保障法律機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Compared with the general international investment, the overseas energy investment undoubtedly faces higher investment risk, but there are many problems in the current legal system of energy investment protection in our country. In order to promote the further development of our country's overseas energy investment cause and ensure the security interests of our country's overseas energy investors, our country must combine the overseas energy investment strategy with the "going out" strategy, and fully consider the characteristics of our country's overseas energy investment. Based on the experience of overseas investment protection, the legal mechanism of overseas energy investment protection in China is established and perfected.
