【摘要】：目的 統(tǒng)計(jì)總結(jié)動(dòng)物監(jiān)督執(zhí)法存在的問題,并研究相應(yīng)的預(yù)防控制措施。方法 本實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)來源于2015年6月-2016年6月隨機(jī)進(jìn)行的問卷調(diào)查,研究對(duì)象包括隨機(jī)抽取的養(yǎng)殖戶(70例)和動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督執(zhí)法的工作人員(32例);根據(jù)自制調(diào)查問卷對(duì)養(yǎng)殖過程和監(jiān)督執(zhí)法過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 100%養(yǎng)殖農(nóng)戶對(duì)于動(dòng)物疫病和接種疫苗概念不清,養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境較差;在監(jiān)督執(zhí)法過程中存在工作人員專業(yè)素養(yǎng)不高,工作態(tài)度敷衍不認(rèn)真,對(duì)于政策的落實(shí)力度不足,檢疫設(shè)備落后等問題。結(jié)論 大部分養(yǎng)殖戶和群眾對(duì)動(dòng)物疫病的認(rèn)知程度不高,日常生活中不會(huì)采取正確的防范措施,不能及時(shí)了解動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督執(zhí)法過程中出現(xiàn)的問題并提出具有針對(duì)性的預(yù)防控制措施,這對(duì)于保證動(dòng)物源性食品安全和人民群眾生命健康具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the problems existing in animal supervision and law enforcement and to study the corresponding prevention and control measures. Methods the data were collected from a random questionnaire survey conducted from June 2015 to June 2016. The subjects included randomly selected farmers (70 cases) and animal health supervision and enforcement staff (32 cases), and investigated the problems existing in the process of breeding and supervising law enforcement according to self-made questionnaire. Results 100% of farming farmers were not clear about the concept of animal epidemic disease and vaccination, and the breeding environment was poor. In the process of supervising and enforcing the law, the professional accomplishment of the staff was not high, the working attitude was not serious, and the implementation of the policy was not enough. Problems such as backward quarantine equipment. Conclusion the majority of farmers and the masses do not have a high level of understanding of animal epidemic diseases, and they will not take correct preventive measures in their daily life. It is of great significance to understand the problems in the process of animal health supervision and law enforcement and to put forward targeted preventive and control measures to ensure the safety of animal origin food and the life and health of the people.
