【摘要】：正2016年12月25日,第十二屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第二十五次會(huì)議審議通過(guò)了《中華人民共和國(guó)中醫(yī)藥法》,該法將于2017年7月1日起正式實(shí)施。自1929年余云岫在南京政府衛(wèi)生部第一屆中央衛(wèi)生委員會(huì)議上提出《廢止舊醫(yī)以掃除醫(yī)事衛(wèi)生障礙案》,廢除中醫(yī)的聲音一直伴隨著中醫(yī)的現(xiàn)代之路,至今日依然不絕于耳。中醫(yī)藥獲得專(zhuān)門(mén)立法,也許可以令主廢者不再嘲哳,但質(zhì)疑之聲會(huì)依然嘈雜。即便在《中醫(yī)藥法(草案)》的討論階段,中醫(yī)界內(nèi)部對(duì)于自身的發(fā)展與前景也爭(zhēng)論不休。[1]其實(shí),如何對(duì)待中醫(yī),也是我們?nèi)绾斡诠沤裰形髦g定位自己的問(wèn)題�，F(xiàn)代中醫(yī)的歷史生成
[Abstract]:On December 25, 2016, the 25th meeting of the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress deliberated and adopted the Chinese Medicine Law of the people's Republic of China, which will come into force on July 1, 2017. Since Yu Yunxiu put forward at the first meeting of the Central Health Committee of the Nanjing Government in 1929, "abolishing old medicine to remove obstacles to medical hygiene", the sound of abolishing Chinese medicine has been accompanied by the modern road of Chinese medicine, and it is still heard to this day. The enactment of special legislation on Chinese medicine may stop the abolitionist, but the voices of doubt will still be noisy. Even at the stage of discussion of the Chinese Medicine Law (draft), the development and prospect of TCM have been debated in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
