【摘要】：行政約談契合現(xiàn)代回應(yīng)型合作性公共行政的先進理念,作為創(chuàng)新管理體制機制之典型,具備較大的潛在發(fā)展空間與功效優(yōu)勢,但在目前的社會背景下對行政約談的必要性還需加深認識,擴大制度共識。針對現(xiàn)有漏洞和不足進行完善和補救,主要應(yīng)該在法律依據(jù)、正當(dāng)程序以及監(jiān)督救濟方面進行全面的保障。
[Abstract]:Administrative interview accords with the advanced concept of modern responsive cooperative public administration. As a typical of innovative management system, it has great potential development space and efficacy advantage. However, under the present social background, the necessity of administrative interview should be further understood and the common understanding of the system should be expanded. To perfect and remedy the existing loopholes and deficiencies, we should guarantee the legal basis, due process and supervision relief.
