【摘要】：正《農(nóng)田水利條例》第六章"保障與扶持"共六條(第三十五—四十條),明確了政府對農(nóng)田水利建設及管理的保障措施和扶持政策,分別規(guī)定了農(nóng)田水利工程建設的投入渠道、政府引導與支持、基層水利服務體系建設、新技術推廣與培訓、表彰等方面的內容。
[Abstract]:The sixth chapter of the "regulations on Irrigation and Water Conservancy", entitled "guarantee and support", contains six articles (articles 35-40), which clarify the government's safeguard measures and support policies for the construction and management of farmland and water conservancy, and respectively stipulate the investment channels for the construction of irrigation and water conservancy projects. Government guidance and support, grass-roots water service system construction, new technology promotion and training, recognition and other aspects.
