【摘要】：在農(nóng)民工維權困難的背景下對建筑業(yè)農(nóng)民工欠薪頑疾進行實證分析。雖然農(nóng)民工為社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展做出了不可磨滅的貢獻,但是受多種因素作用農(nóng)民工合法權益被侵犯的案例屢見不鮮。應該加強農(nóng)民工維權體系的建立和相關法律法規(guī)的不斷完善,做好農(nóng)民工的技能培訓和法律知識培訓工作,以此更好應對農(nóng)民工合法權益被侵犯的問題。
[Abstract]:Under the background of migrant workers' difficulty in protecting their rights, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the persistent problem of migrant workers in construction industry. Although migrant workers have made indelible contributions to the development of social economy, there are many cases where the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers are infringed by various factors. We should strengthen the establishment of migrant workers' rights protection system and the continuous improvement of relevant laws and regulations, and do a good job in the skills training and legal knowledge training of migrant workers, so as to better deal with the violation of the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
