【摘要】：正日前,根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定,吉林省物價(jià)局制定了《吉林省城市供熱定價(jià)成本監(jiān)審辦法(試行)》,該辦法于12月1日起正式實(shí)施。根據(jù)辦法規(guī)定,不得計(jì)入供熱定價(jià)成本的費(fèi)用包括:非持續(xù)、非正常經(jīng)營活動(dòng)發(fā)生的費(fèi)用;固定資產(chǎn)盤虧、毀損、閑置和出售的凈損失,滯納金、違約金、罰款和公益性捐贈(zèng)、公益廣告、公益宣傳費(fèi)用;經(jīng)營者過度購置固定資產(chǎn)所增加的支
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, according to the relevant regulations, Jilin Provincial Price Bureau formulated the "Jilin Province City heating pricing cost Supervision and examination (trial)", which was formally implemented on December 1.
