【摘要】：立法是推進(jìn)終身教育的關(guān)鍵因素。兩岸終身教育法律在立法目的和強(qiáng)調(diào)政府主導(dǎo)方面存在共同點(diǎn),但在終身教育法律適用范圍、終身教育概念界定、終身學(xué)習(xí)法與終身教育法等三方面存在較大差異。借鑒臺灣終身教育立法經(jīng)驗,大陸應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加快中央層面的終身教育立法進(jìn)程,鼓勵地方立法并突出特色,進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大法律適用范圍。
[Abstract]:Legislation is the key factor to promote lifelong education. The laws of lifelong education on both sides of the strait have some common points in the aspects of legislative purpose and government leading, but there are great differences in the scope of application of the law of lifelong education, the definition of the concept of lifelong education, the law of lifelong learning and the law of life-long education. Based on the experience of Taiwan's lifelong education legislation, the mainland should further speed up the process of life-long education legislation at the central level, encourage local legislation and highlight its characteristics, and further expand the scope of application of the law.
