【摘要】：媒體對(duì)食品安全的監(jiān)督作用日益增強(qiáng),但是,媒體對(duì)于食品安全事件的報(bào)道卻存在不客觀、不及時(shí)以及處理模式有瑕疵等問題。文章從法律規(guī)范的角度探究產(chǎn)生相關(guān)問題的原因,并針對(duì)這些原因的存在,指出國家應(yīng)當(dāng)在法律規(guī)范上明確媒體食品安全監(jiān)督權(quán)力的存在,建立對(duì)惡意虛假報(bào)道的法定追責(zé)機(jī)制,對(duì)操守不良的媒體從業(yè)人員的法定隔離機(jī)制,以及建立食品安全行政監(jiān)管機(jī)關(guān)同媒體間的法定雙向溝通渠道等。最終使媒體對(duì)食品安全的監(jiān)督作用能夠得到最大程度地發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:The role of the media in the supervision of food safety is increasing day by day. However, the media reports on food safety incidents are not objective, not timely, and the handling mode is flawed and so on. This paper explores the causes of the related problems from the angle of legal norms, and points out that the state should make clear the existence of the supervision power of the media food safety in the legal norms, in view of the existence of these reasons. To establish the legal accountability mechanism for malicious and false reports, the legal isolation mechanism for media practitioners with bad conduct, and the establishment of legal two-way communication channels between food safety administrative authorities and the media. Finally, the role of the media to monitor food safety can be maximized.
