【摘要】：在城市化進(jìn)程中,城市民族社區(qū)會(huì)面臨拆遷、改造的問(wèn)題,如果處理不好其中的一些關(guān)系,容易產(chǎn)生民族矛盾以及群體性事件。城市聚居少數(shù)民族的需求不僅體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)益上,還體現(xiàn)在文化權(quán)益等諸多方面。在對(duì)城市民族社區(qū)進(jìn)行改造過(guò)程中,相關(guān)政府部門(mén)應(yīng)該更加關(guān)注城市聚居少數(shù)民族的文化權(quán)益,通過(guò)構(gòu)建暢通的權(quán)益溝通渠道、制定合理的城市規(guī)劃,積極制定維護(hù)少數(shù)民族文化權(quán)益的法律、法規(guī),使得城市化進(jìn)程中的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)之間能夠協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization, the urban ethnic communities will be faced with the problem of demolition and transformation. If some of the relations are not handled well, it is easy to produce ethnic contradictions and group events. The demand of urban minorities is not only reflected in the economic rights and interests, but also in the cultural rights and interests. In the process of reforming the urban ethnic communities, the relevant government departments should pay more attention to the cultural rights and interests of the urban minority groups, and formulate reasonable urban planning by building an unimpeded channel of communication on the rights and interests. To actively formulate laws and regulations to safeguard the cultural rights and interests of ethnic minorities, so that the economic and social development in the process of urbanization can be coordinated.
