【摘要】：文章對無錫專門化環(huán)保審判的實(shí)踐背景及進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了探討,認(rèn)為無錫環(huán)保審判模式下的制度改進(jìn)和成效在于:大膽探索、創(chuàng)新務(wù)實(shí),立足解決實(shí)際問題;環(huán)境司法提前介入,提升環(huán)保執(zhí)法效率;兩級法院會商案件,確立了良性發(fā)展工作模式;環(huán)保審判模式逐漸成熟�？偨Y(jié)無錫環(huán)保審判經(jīng)驗(yàn),指出無錫環(huán)保法庭發(fā)展建立的環(huán)保審判模式,符合國際上環(huán)保法庭的主要原則和特征,其充分結(jié)合我國環(huán)境司法特點(diǎn)及無錫當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境保護(hù)需求,在實(shí)踐中展現(xiàn)出鮮明活力。無錫環(huán)保審判模式的突破和創(chuàng)新可為其他地區(qū)更好地將司法手段運(yùn)用在環(huán)境保護(hù)領(lǐng)域提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The paper discusses the practical background and progress of Wuxi specialized environmental protection trial, and points out that the system improvement and effect of Wuxi environmental protection trial mode lies in: bold exploration, innovation and pragmatism, based on solving practical problems, early intervention of environmental justice, Improve the efficiency of environmental law enforcement; two levels of courts to discuss cases, the establishment of a benign development of the work model; environmental justice model gradually mature. Summing up the experience of environmental justice in Wuxi, it is pointed out that the environmental trial mode developed and established by Wuxi Environmental Protection Court conforms to the main principles and characteristics of international environmental protection courts, and fully combines the characteristics of environmental justice in our country and the local environmental protection needs of Wuxi. In practice, show a bright vitality. The breakthrough and innovation of Wuxi environmental trial mode can provide reference for other regions to better use judicial means in the field of environmental protection.
