【摘要】：正《網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法》是我國(guó)第一部全面規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間以及安全管理方面問題的基礎(chǔ)性法律,是我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間法治建設(shè)的重要里程碑,是依法治網(wǎng)及化解網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的法律武器,是讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在法治軌道上健康運(yùn)行的重要保障。以下是《網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法》的六大看點(diǎn):看點(diǎn)一:不得出售個(gè)人信息根據(jù)中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)布的《2016中國(guó)網(wǎng)民權(quán)益保護(hù)調(diào)查報(bào)告》,84%的網(wǎng)民曾親身感受到由于個(gè)人信息泄露帶來的不良影響。從2015年下半年到2016年上半年的一年間,我國(guó)網(wǎng)民因垃圾信息、詐騙信息、個(gè)人信息泄露等遭受的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失高達(dá)915億
[Abstract]:"Network security law" is the first basic law in China to standardize the network space and security management issues. It is an important milestone in the construction of the rule of law in the network space in our country. It is the legal weapon to manage network and solve the network risk according to law. It is an important guarantee for the Internet to run healthfully on the track of the rule of law. The six main points of the law: one: not to sell personal information according to the <2016 China Internet Association published by the China Internet association. 84% of the netizens have personally felt the adverse effects caused by the disclosure of personal information. From the second half of 2015 to the first half of 2016, Chinese netizens have been fraudulent letters due to garbage information.
