【摘要】：分析國內(nèi)外科技資源共享法規(guī)現(xiàn)狀,解讀及研究《廣東省自主創(chuàng)新促進條例》在科技基礎(chǔ)條件平臺建設(shè)方面的規(guī)定,根據(jù)科技資源共享方面出現(xiàn)的問題,提出科技資源共享的制度體系建議方案,有利于解決科技資源條塊分割、重復(fù)建設(shè)、利用效率低下狀況等問題。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the status quo of domestic and international laws and regulations on the sharing of science and technology resources, interprets and studies the regulations of Guangdong Provincial regulations on promoting Independent Innovation in the Construction of Scientific and technological basic conditions platform, and according to the problems in the sharing of scientific and technological resources, The proposal of system for scientific and technological resources sharing is helpful to solve the problems such as division of scientific and technological resources, repeated construction, low utilization efficiency and so on.
