【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論已經(jīng)逐漸成為公共輿論的主要方式。網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共輿論具有瞬間爆發(fā)性、傳播速度快、影響范圍廣等特點(diǎn)，這給政府信息公開帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。政府信息公開出現(xiàn)的任何偏差都可能使一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)事件成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的焦點(diǎn)，造成極端的網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件。謠言止于公開，，公信源于透明。如何完善政府信息公開制度，治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件，成了當(dāng)前急需解決的問題。本文將從網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的三個(gè)實(shí)例入手，分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件中政府信息公開制度存在的問題，并針對這些問題提出若干完善建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet, network public opinion has gradually become the main way of public opinion. Network public opinion has the characteristics of instant explosion, high speed of communication and wide range of influence, which brings new challenges to the publicity of government information. Any deviation in the publicity of government information may cause a hot event to become the focus of network public opinion, resulting in extreme network group events. Rumors end in public, and public trust stems from transparency. How to perfect the system of government information disclosure and how to deal with network group events have become the urgent problems. Starting with three examples of network group events, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the system of government information disclosure in network group incidents, and puts forward some suggestions to improve these problems.
