【摘要】：本文考察了美國、歐盟及印度3個國家和地區(qū)農(nóng)民留種權(quán)的立法實踐,分析了農(nóng)民留種權(quán)的具體制度構(gòu)成,并評析了當前農(nóng)民留種權(quán)的立法趨勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)中國農(nóng)民留種權(quán)的立法現(xiàn)狀,提出了完善中國農(nóng)民留種權(quán)的立法建議。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the legislative practice of farmers' right to seed retention in three countries and regions of the United States, the European Union and India, analyzes the constitution of the specific system of farmers' right to seed retention, and evaluates the current legislative trend of farmers' right to seed retention. On this basis, according to the current situation of Chinese farmers' right of seed retention, the author puts forward some legislative suggestions to perfect the right of Chinese farmers' right of seed retention.
