【摘要】：警務(wù)工作在我國發(fā)展的幾十年時間里,警務(wù)信息公開已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代警務(wù)發(fā)展進步與否的重要衡量標準。無論是從觀念上還是從結(jié)構(gòu)上,警務(wù)信息公開作為警務(wù)公開的重要內(nèi)容,對現(xiàn)代警務(wù)的發(fā)展都起到了重要的作用。警務(wù)信息公開,不僅是整頓警務(wù)工作促進警務(wù)改革的重要推手,還是社會各階層監(jiān)督警務(wù)工作的重要手段。目前,我國警務(wù)信息公開還沒有形成法律條文,《政府信息公開條例》就成為警務(wù)信息公開的重要法律依據(jù)。一方面民眾迫切需要高度可信的警務(wù)信息；另一方面受到警務(wù)信息背后的巨大經(jīng)濟效益的影響,還滋生出了大量的垃圾信息,迫使民眾接受這種“地痞無賴”式的廣告轟炸。我國警務(wù)部門應(yīng)該正視民眾對警務(wù)信息的需要,通過學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒域外國家的警務(wù)信息公開的經(jīng)驗,總結(jié)出適合我國警務(wù)信息公開發(fā)展的對策,切實將警務(wù)信息公開落實到實處。同時,推進警務(wù)信息公開的法制化進程,廣泛征集各方的意見和建議,盡快制定相關(guān)的法律法規(guī),以保證警務(wù)信息公開工作在各級警務(wù)部門有條不紊的展開。 論文主體部分首先介紹了警務(wù)信息公開的內(nèi)涵,發(fā)展的由來以及意義,并且列舉了國內(nèi)警務(wù)信息公開工作現(xiàn)象,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),并提出問題加以分析。通過介紹國外一些國家警務(wù)信息公開的情況,總結(jié)其優(yōu)秀的經(jīng)驗,為我國警務(wù)信息公開的完善提供了有價值的參考。借此通過對比國內(nèi)外警務(wù)信息公開發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,提出了完善我國警務(wù)信息公開的對策。
[Abstract]:Police information has become an important measure for the development of modern police in the past few decades in our country ' s development . Whether it is from concept or structure , police information is an important part of police affairs , and it plays an important role in the development of modern police .
On the other hand , the influence of the huge economic benefits behind the police information has also bred a large amount of junk information , forcing people to accept the advertisement bombing of the " Ruffian " style . Our police departments should look at the public ' s needs of police information , summarize the countermeasures suitable for the public development of police information in our country , and put forward relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible , so as to ensure the orderly deployment of the police information public works at all levels of police services .

The main part of this paper first introduces the connotation , origin and significance of police information disclosure , summarizes the phenomenon of public service information disclosure , summarizes the experience and lessons , and puts forward some problems to analyze . Through introducing the information disclosure of some countries abroad , summing up its excellent experience and providing valuable reference for the perfection of police information disclosure at home and abroad , this paper puts forward some countermeasures to perfect our police information disclosure by comparing the present situation of public information public development at home and abroad .
