【摘要】：商會制度是現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟體制的重要組成部分,對民營經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和全面建成小康社會具有重大現(xiàn)實意義。制度因素對于民間商會的發(fā)展至關重要。由此,為促進民間商會的健康發(fā)展,迫切需要彌補商會立法的缺失,制定一部統(tǒng)一的商會法,準確定位商會、行業(yè)協(xié)會的獨立地位,并為商會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理性的制度框架。
[Abstract]:Chamber of Commerce system is an important part of the modern market economy system, which is of great practical significance for the development of private economy and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.Institutional factors are of great importance to the development of private chambers of commerce.Therefore, in order to promote the healthy development of the Chamber of Commerce, it is urgent to make up for the lack of legislation of the Chamber of Commerce, formulate a unified law of the Chamber of Commerce, and accurately position the independent status of the Chamber of Commerce and the trade association.And for the sustainable development of the Chamber of Commerce to provide a rational institutional framework.
