【摘要】：正所謂政府辟謠,一般指官方對一定時(shí)空范圍內(nèi)未經(jīng)證實(shí)或無明確根據(jù)的信息進(jìn)行澄清或駁斥。作為判斷信息真?zhèn)蔚臋?quán)威機(jī)構(gòu),政府部門對于謠言的判定具有合法性和正當(dāng)性,但無視被澄清或駁斥信息的真實(shí)性,一味發(fā)布權(quán)威信息,往往會使自身陷入公信力危機(jī),杭州市政府在多次辟謠后突然實(shí)行汽車限牌就屬于非常典型的案例。除此之外,與政府辟謠相關(guān)的、影響比較廣
[Abstract]:The so-called government disinformation generally refers to the official clarification or refutation of unconfirmed or unsubstantiated information in a certain time and space.As an authoritative organization to judge the authenticity of information, government departments have legitimacy and legitimacy in judging rumors, but ignoring the truth of the clarified or refuted information and blindly publishing authoritative information will often lead them into a crisis of credibility.Hangzhou municipal government in many times after the sudden implementation of car license restriction is a very typical case.In addition, related to the government's disinformation, the impact is relatively broad.
