【摘要】：新疆地區(qū)的恐怖活動有著其特殊的歷史原因所造成的長期不能夠解決的局面,關注我國的駐疆部隊在反恐法的指導下存在的主要問題,然后根據(jù)問題制定出相應的解決方案,為解決新疆的恐怖活動問題,促進新疆地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展以及維護我國的國家統(tǒng)一都具有十分重要的意義。本文主要對駐疆部隊進行相關的考察以及資料的收集,然后分析出駐疆部隊現(xiàn)在所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),然后再以具體的新疆反恐的實例進行研究,為未來的新疆反恐的實施提供了借鑒。2016年正式施行的中華人民共和國反恐法為駐疆部隊的反恐活動提供了法律上的支撐,為新疆地區(qū)的反恐活動帶來了新的局面。
[Abstract]:The terrorist activities in Xinjiang have a situation that cannot be solved for a long time because of its special historical reasons. We pay close attention to the main problems existing by our troops stationed in Xinjiang under the guidance of the anti-terrorism law, and then work out corresponding solutions according to the problems.In order to solve the problem of terrorist activities in Xinjiang, promote the economic development of Xinjiang region and safeguard the national unity of our country, it is of great significance.In this paper, we mainly investigate the troops stationed in Xinjiang and collect the data, and then analyze the challenges that the troops in Xinjiang are facing now, and then study the specific anti-terrorist cases in Xinjiang.In 2016, the Anti-Terrorism Law of the people's Republic of China has provided legal support for the anti-terrorist activities of the troops stationed in Xinjiang, and has brought a new situation to the anti-terrorism activities in Xinjiang.
