【摘要】：館藏檔案分級(jí)應(yīng)根據(jù)自身特點(diǎn)正確選擇和運(yùn)用分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不能照搬館藏文物的分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。以檔案形成機(jī)關(guān)行政級(jí)別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行分級(jí),符合館藏檔案明顯的行政性特征,并可依托現(xiàn)有的館藏檔案分級(jí)管理體系,以收事半功倍之效果。同時(shí),以主題內(nèi)容等特征對(duì)同一級(jí)別機(jī)關(guān)形成的檔案作局部的調(diào)整,能達(dá)到細(xì)分的目的。以主題內(nèi)容等特征為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的細(xì)分可以吸收檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)評(píng)選的成果,使得分級(jí)工作易于開展。
[Abstract]:The classification of collection archives should be correctly selected and applied according to their own characteristics, and the classification standard of cultural relics should not be copied. The administrative level of the archives forming organs should be taken as the standard, which conforms to the obvious administrative characteristics of the collection archives. We can also rely on the existing hierarchical management system of the collection archives to achieve twice the result with half the effort. At the same time, we can make partial adjustments to the archives formed by the same level organs with the characteristics of the subject content and other features. It can achieve the purpose of subdivision. The subdivision based on the characteristics such as theme content can absorb the achievements of archival heritage evaluation and make the classification work easy to carry out.
