【摘要】：在中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展和網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理法治化建設(shè)快速推進(jìn)的過程中,中國(guó)至今還沒有一部專門保護(hù)未成年人的單行法,這是中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)立法的重大缺失,而在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間影響未成年人成長(zhǎng)的因素越來越復(fù)雜的情況下,制定專門保護(hù)未成年人的法律,又面臨著諸多的困難。本文將圍繞如何克服這些困難,盡快制定未成年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間保護(hù)單行法展開探討。
[Abstract]:In the course of the rapid development of the Internet in China and the rapid development of the legal construction of network governance, China has not yet had a single law specifically for the protection of minors, which is a major flaw in China's network legislation. However, with the increasing complexity of the factors affecting the growth of minors in cyberspace, there are many difficulties in making laws specifically for the protection of minors. This paper will focus on how to overcome these difficulties. As soon as possible to formulate a single law on the protection of minors in cyberspace.
