[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee and the 18 CPC Central Committee made comprehensive arrangements for the construction of the rule of law, emphasizing the need to uphold the rule of law, to govern by law, to administer according to law, to advance jointly according to law, to uphold the rule of law in a country and government ruled by law. The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the Rule of Law by Law" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee has even raised the overall promotion of the rule of law to an unprecedented height. This was put forward by the Ministry of Public Security in studying and implementing the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Congress and the 18 CPC Central Committee.
