【摘要】：正黨的十八大和十八屆三中全會對法治建設(shè)作出了全面部署,強(qiáng)調(diào)要堅持依法治國、依法執(zhí)政、依法行政共同推進(jìn),堅持法治國家、法治政府、法治社會一體建設(shè)。四中全會審議通過的《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國若干重大問題的決定》,更是把全面推進(jìn)依法治國提升到前所未有的高度。"法治公安"建設(shè),是公安部在深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的十八大和十八屆三中、四中全會精神中提出來的,也是"法治政府"建設(shè)的題中之義。要建設(shè)"法治公安",
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee and the 18 CPC Central Committee made comprehensive arrangements for the construction of the rule of law, emphasizing the need to uphold the rule of law, to govern by law, to administer according to law, to advance jointly according to law, to uphold the rule of law in a country and government ruled by law. The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the Rule of Law by Law" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee has even raised the overall promotion of the rule of law to an unprecedented height. This was put forward by the Ministry of Public Security in studying and implementing the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Congress and the 18 CPC Central Committee. It is also a key point in the construction of a "government ruled by law." it is necessary to build a "public security under the rule of law."
