【摘要】：正[本刊訊]經第十二屆全國人大常委會第十四次會議審議通過,新修訂的《中華人民共和國食品安全法》將于今年10月1日起正式施行。新版食品安全法共10章,154條。在農藥管理上,增加了禁止將劇毒、高毒農藥用于蔬菜、瓜果、茶葉和中草藥材等國家規(guī)定的農作物的規(guī)定。保健食品的標簽、說明書不得涉及疾病預防、治療功能,內容應當真實,與注冊或者備案的內容
