【摘要】：正[本刊訊]經(jīng)第十二屆全國人大常委會第十四次會議審議通過,新修訂的《中華人民共和國食品安全法》將于今年10月1日起正式施行。新版食品安全法共10章,154條。在農(nóng)藥管理上,增加了禁止將劇毒、高毒農(nóng)藥用于蔬菜、瓜果、茶葉和中草藥材等國家規(guī)定的農(nóng)作物的規(guī)定。保健食品的標(biāo)簽、說明書不得涉及疾病預(yù)防、治療功能,內(nèi)容應(yīng)當(dāng)真實,與注冊或者備案的內(nèi)容
