【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡安全漏洞挖掘是網(wǎng)絡安全治理的中心議題,其存在對于維護網(wǎng)絡安全非常有必要。由于網(wǎng)絡安全漏洞挖掘是一個復雜、動態(tài)的問題,對其進行法律規(guī)制不能單憑一部法律,應以《網(wǎng)絡安全法》為核心,構建多元化的法律法規(guī)體系,約束網(wǎng)絡安全漏洞挖掘行為,讓其既能為網(wǎng)絡安全服務,又能不觸碰法律紅線。
[Abstract]:Network security vulnerability mining is the central issue of network security governance, its existence is very necessary to maintain network security. Because network security vulnerability mining is a complex and dynamic problem. Legal regulation should not be based on a single law, should be based on the network security law as the core, build a diversified legal and regulatory system, restrict the network security vulnerability mining behavior, so that it can serve for the network security. And can not touch the red line of the law.
