【摘要】：正閑置土地的責(zé)任認(rèn)定閑置土地的政府責(zé)任認(rèn)定閑置土地的政府責(zé)任認(rèn)定工作應(yīng)由上一級(jí)國土資源管理部門承擔(dān),下級(jí)人民政府及其國土資源管理部門要協(xié)助上級(jí)部門,負(fù)責(zé)提供完備的土地審批信息和批后土地使用情況的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)信息。因出現(xiàn)下列情形而導(dǎo)致土地閑置的,其責(zé)任應(yīng)認(rèn)定為政府及其相關(guān)部門:1.因未按照國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)有償使用合同或者劃撥決定書約定、規(guī)定的期限、條件將土地交付給國有建設(shè)
