【摘要】：在和平與發(fā)展成為國際社會的兩大主旋律的時代，法律發(fā)展有著如下一些基本的走勢：（１）意識形態(tài)對法律的影響將相對縮小，法律的普遍的社會的性質(zhì)和功能將不斷加強；（２）以民商法為主休的私法將日益成為法治的基礎(chǔ)；（３）在國內(nèi)國際立法司法活動中，國際社會本位觀念將大大提升；（４）國際社會法律的協(xié)調(diào)性和趨同化趨勢將不斷加強。
[Abstract]:In the era when peace and development have become the two main themes of the international community, the development of law has the following basic trends: (1) the influence of ideology on law will be relatively reduced, and the nature and function of the universal society of law will be continuously strengthened; (2) Private law, which is based on civil and commercial law, will become the basis of the rule of law day by day, (3) in the domestic and international legislative and judicial activities, the concept of international social standard will be greatly improved. (4) the harmonization of international law and the trend of convergence will continue to be strengthened.
