【摘要】：正1.2015年1月29日,中國(guó)海商法協(xié)會(huì)副主席李海率領(lǐng)協(xié)會(huì)代表一行7人拜訪(fǎng)了交通運(yùn)輸部國(guó)際合作司,就《北京草案》的相關(guān)情況進(jìn)行了匯報(bào)并就該草案公約化問(wèn)題與國(guó)際合作司的相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行了會(huì)談。國(guó)際合作司副司長(zhǎng)唐國(guó)梅、副巡視員張曉杰、國(guó)際組織處處長(zhǎng)王宏偉、國(guó)際組織處楊列軍出席了座談會(huì)。協(xié)會(huì)方面從各個(gè)不同層面匯報(bào)了《北京草案》的相關(guān)情況及對(duì)中國(guó)的重要影響。國(guó)際合作司方面明確表示支持并將推進(jìn)《北京草案》公約化進(jìn)程,同時(shí)表示將邀請(qǐng)協(xié)會(huì)、最高人民法院等出席2015年4月在倫敦
[Abstract]:On January 29, 2015, Li Hai, vice president of the China Maritime Law Association, led a delegation of seven people to visit the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Communications and Transport. Reported on the Beijing draft and held talks with the head of the Department of International Cooperation on the Convention. Tang Guomei, deputy director of international cooperation, Zhang Xiaojie, deputy inspector, Wang Hongwei, director of international organizations, and Yang Lijun, international organization department, attended the forum. The Association reported on the Beijing draft from various levels and its important impact on China. For its part, the Department of International Cooperation has clearly expressed its support and will promote the process of the Convention on the Beijing draft, and has indicated that it will invite the Association, the Supreme people's Court and others to attend the meeting in London in April 2015.
