【摘要】：郵輪旅游文化集中反映了郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的價(jià)值規(guī)范和行業(yè)特征,是郵輪旅游立法和管理的重要依據(jù)。我國(guó)對(duì)郵輪旅游文化的研究不足,是現(xiàn)今郵輪旅游立法陷入僵局、郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)亂象叢生的重要原因。對(duì)此,有必要從法律的視角下對(duì)郵輪旅游文化進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,從而為郵輪旅游立法和管理提供切實(shí)可行的指導(dǎo)路徑,進(jìn)而提升我國(guó)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)立法管理的科學(xué)性和實(shí)效性,維護(hù)郵輪旅客合法權(quán)益,保障我國(guó)郵輪旅游業(yè)的長(zhǎng)久健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The culture of cruise tourism reflects the value and characteristics of the cruise industry and is the important basis for the legislation and management of cruise tourism.The lack of research on cruise tourism culture in China is an important reason for the deadlock of cruise tourism legislation and the chaos of cruise industry.Therefore, it is necessary to systematically comb the cruise tourism culture from the perspective of law, so as to provide a practical guidance for the legislation and management of cruise tourism, and then to enhance the scientific and effective management of the legislation of the cruise industry in China.Safeguard the legal rights and interests of cruise passengers and ensure the long-term and healthy development of China's cruise tourism.
