基于離散變量網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)作為典型的空間結(jié)構(gòu),最近幾年在我們國家得到了廣泛的應用。 本文對網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能和機理進行了分析。本文采用有限單元法進行網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力性能分析。在進行地震反應分析時,采用了振型分解反應譜法和時程分析法,對兩種方法計算的結(jié)果進行了比較和分析。通過兩種方法的比較,采用振型分解法對網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進行地震反應分析是可靠的,具有更大的安全可靠性。 網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)是由離散的桿件組成的。針對離散變量結(jié)構(gòu)的特點,本文采用差商法對網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。對網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)在靜力荷載作用以及地震荷載作用下進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。優(yōu)化設(shè)計過程中,采用二階段法,即第一級優(yōu)化處理局部變量約束——應力約束;第二級優(yōu)化處理全局變量約束——位移約束。針對傳統(tǒng)差商法迭代效率低的現(xiàn)狀,本文提出了全新的改進差商法,提高了優(yōu)化效率。 最后,本文以大型通用有限元軟件ANSYS為平臺,結(jié)合本優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法,對軟件進行了二次開發(fā),,實現(xiàn)了優(yōu)化設(shè)計程序的軟件化。通過對某體育館網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計示例,證明了本優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:As a typical spatial structure, truss structure has been widely used in our country in recent years. In this paper, the mechanical properties and mechanism of space truss structures are analyzed. In this paper, the static behavior of grid structures is analyzed by finite element method. In seismic response analysis, the mode decomposition response spectrum method and time history analysis method are used. The results of the two methods are compared and analyzed. Through the comparison of the two methods, the seismic response analysis of the grid structure by using the mode decomposition method is reliable and has greater safety and reliability. The grid structure is made up of discrete members. According to the characteristics of discrete variable structure, In this paper, the difference quotient method is used to optimize the design of the space truss structure. The optimum design of the space truss structure under static and seismic loads is carried out. In the process of optimization design, the two-stage method is used. That is, the first stage optimizes the local variable constraint-stress constraint; the second stage optimizes the global variable constraint-displacement constraint. In view of the low iterative efficiency of the traditional difference quotient method, a new improved difference quotient method is proposed in this paper, which improves the optimization efficiency. Finally, on the platform of ANSYS, combined with the optimization design method, the software is redeveloped to realize the software of optimization design. Through the example of the optimization design of a gymnasium grid structure, The effectiveness and feasibility of the method are proved.
