鐵路站場數(shù)字化設計系統(tǒng)中縱橫斷面設計模塊的研發(fā)

【摘要】:摘要:縱橫斷面設計是鐵路站場設計過程中的重要環(huán)節(jié),其設計效率和質量對整個鐵路站場的建設與運營具有極其重要的影響,因此研發(fā)鐵路站場縱橫斷面機助設計模塊具有重要意義。本文基于AutoCAD的二次開發(fā)技術,開發(fā)了鐵路站場數(shù)字化設計系統(tǒng)的縱橫斷面設計模塊。主要研究內(nèi)容及研究成果如下: 1.基于ObjectARX自定義實體技術定制了縱斷面坡度線實體;將站場股道坡段劃分為道岔順接坡道、軌面高程順接坡道、主坡道,并研制了相應的機助設計方法。 2.通過差商法識別直線點、最小二乘原理擬合坡段、坡段整飾三步循環(huán)實現(xiàn)了既有鐵路站場股道坡度的自動擬合;實現(xiàn)了提取既有鐵路站場股道縱斷面數(shù)據(jù)、抬落道量信息動態(tài)顯示、最小道床厚度動態(tài)檢測等既有鐵路站場股道縱面改建的功能。 3.提出了一種橫斷面設計時快速檢索相關設備的格網(wǎng)-R樹索引法,先對整個站場研究范圍建立規(guī)則的格網(wǎng)索引,通過格網(wǎng)索引縮小檢索范圍,然后為每個格網(wǎng)內(nèi)部的站場設備信息建立R樹索引,確定相關站場設備。 4.根據(jù)站場橫斷面相關設備信息,建立了單路拱和多路拱的路面橫坡設計方法,并自動計算線間溝和路肩點的空間位置,應用標準邊坡模板與初始地面線求交計算出邊坡設計線和水溝的幾何形態(tài)和位置,定制了橫斷面路面實體、邊坡實體和水溝實體,應用反應器機制實現(xiàn)了橫斷面交互設計時各相關實體的關聯(lián)設計。 5.開發(fā)了鐵路站場數(shù)字化設計系統(tǒng)中縱橫斷面機助設計模塊,并以蘭新線樂都南車站為例進行了測試,證明了本論文所述理論和方法的正確性以及系統(tǒng)的實用性。
[Abstract]:Abstract : The design of longitudinal cross section is an important link in the design process of railway station . The design efficiency and quality of railway yard are very important to the construction and operation of the whole railway station . Therefore , the design module of longitudinal section of railway station yard digital design system is developed based on the secondary development technology of AutoCAD . The main research contents and the research results are as follows : 1 . The profile slope line entity is customized based on the custom entity technology . The slope segment of the yard is divided into turnout cis - connecting ramp , track - surface elevation compliant ramp and main ramp , and the corresponding aided design method is developed . 2 . By means of differential quotient method to identify straight point , least square principle fitting slope section and slope section finishing three - step cycle , the automatic fitting of existing railway station track slope is realized ; and the function of reconstructing the longitudinal surface of existing railway station is realized by extracting the profile data of existing railway station , dynamic display of lift - down track amount information , and dynamic detection of minimum bed thickness . 3 . A grid - R tree index method for quickly searching relevant equipment in cross - section design is put forward . Firstly , the grid index of the rules is established for the whole station field research scope , the search range is narrowed by the grid index , and then the R - tree index is established for the station device information inside each grid network , and the related station equipment is determined . 4 . According to the information of the cross section of the station , the design method of the pavement cross slope of single arch and multi - way arch is established , and the space position of the inter - line ditch and the shoulder point is automatically calculated . The geometric shape and location of the slope design line and the ditch are calculated by using the standard slope template and the initial ground line . The cross - sectional pavement entity , the slope entity and the ditch entity are customized , and the related design of the relevant entities in the cross - section interaction design is realized by using the reactor mechanism . 5 . The design module of longitudinal cross - section machine in the digital design system of railway station yard is developed , and the test is carried out taking the Lunnan station of Lanzhou Xinline as an example , which proves the correctness of the theory and method and the practicability of the system .
