【摘要】：正2015年4月,國(guó)家版權(quán)局下發(fā)了《關(guān)于規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)轉(zhuǎn)載版權(quán)秩序的通知》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《通知》),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)轉(zhuǎn)載作品的相關(guān)事宜作出規(guī)定。《通知》再次強(qiáng)調(diào)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)轉(zhuǎn)載報(bào)刊作品必須先經(jīng)過(guò)著作權(quán)人許可;引導(dǎo)報(bào)刊單位通過(guò)簽訂協(xié)議、建立作品信息庫(kù)
