法律英語是以英語共同語為基礎(chǔ),在立法和司法等活動(dòng)中形成和使用的具有法律專業(yè)特點(diǎn)的語言。因此,在法律英語中不僅有眾多的具有法律專門意義的特殊詞匯,而且具有其特有的句法特點(diǎn)。 隨著中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)在更大范圍內(nèi)、更深層次上融入了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)。在當(dāng)今這樣一個(gè)高度法治化的社會(huì),法律法規(guī)與人們的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活息息相關(guān)。來華投資的海外投資者需要了解中國的法律,因此,中國立法文本的英語翻譯吸引了人們的注意。眾多的學(xué)者和譯者在理論研究和翻譯實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,不斷探索著中國立法文本漢英翻譯的技巧。 然而,國內(nèi)外對(duì)于英語以及漢語立法文本句法特點(diǎn)的比較分析,以及在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)漢英翻譯的研究還不夠完整和具體。本文對(duì)這個(gè)問題進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的探討和研究。 本文分五部分對(duì)此進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地論述。 第一部分即“引言”介紹了研究法律英語的必要性和重要性以及本文的研究目的。 第二部分是文獻(xiàn)綜述,對(duì)法律、法律語言、法律英語作了簡短的介紹。在對(duì)法律語言進(jìn)行分類的同時(shí),介紹了立法文本的范疇以及本文以此為分析依據(jù)的特點(diǎn)。另對(duì)法律翻譯在西方以及中國的歷史也作了簡單介紹。 第三部分是本文的主體部分。在句法定義的基礎(chǔ)上,具體論述了立法文本中法律...
