　　隨著我國改革開放的持續(xù)發(fā)展、對外交流的日益頻繁,以及吸引外資、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟等需要的不斷增加,越來越多的漢語立法文本被譯成外語,尤其是英語。近年來,很多的中國學者逐漸意識到法律語言研究的重要性,并對法律語言從遣詞、句法、語篇及文體等方面進行了多角度研究,其中已有學者將法律語言的研究與法律翻譯結合起來。但縱觀我國的法律翻譯研究,運用韓禮德和哈桑的語篇銜接理論對法律平行文本進行研究的并不多,因此,本文試圖在英漢兩種語言對比的基礎上分析漢語立法文本的語篇銜接特征,并對漢語銜接手段的英譯策略進行探析。作者首先回顧了銜接理論、立法文本及其翻譯,以及這兩個學科交叉領域的相關研究成果,著重強調了在翻譯過程中銜接對譯者理解原語文本以及重塑譯語語篇整體連貫性過程中的重要性。本文采用了韓禮德和哈桑提出的銜接理論,即以指稱、省略、替代、連接以及詞匯銜接作為銜接手段的分類方法,并以此作為理論依據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,對若干具有代表性的漢語立法文本及其英譯本進行了定性及定量分析,旨在解決一下兩個主要研究問題：（1）漢語立法文本的銜接特征；（2）漢語銜接手段英譯策略。本研究借用中國法制出版社2007年出版的漢英雙語法學教學系...
