【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對水電能源的迫切需求,方興未艾的水利建設(shè)給相關(guān)的自然遺產(chǎn)帶來了嚴重的破壞。結(jié)合美國與土耳其的相關(guān)案例及《中華人民共和國自然遺產(chǎn)保護法》(征求意見稿),可以通過建立監(jiān)測評估制度、自然遺產(chǎn)基金制度,并利用《保護世界文化與自然遺產(chǎn)公約》的相關(guān)規(guī)定,為水利建設(shè)中的自然遺產(chǎn)提供法律保護。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of the urgent demand for hydropower energy, the rising water conservancy construction has brought serious damage to the related natural heritage. In the light of the relevant cases between the United States and Turkey and the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Protection of Natural Heritage (draft for comments), it is possible to establish a monitoring and assessment system, a natural heritage fund system, The relevant provisions of the Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage are used to provide legal protection for the natural heritage in the construction of water conservancy.
