【摘要】：農(nóng)村環(huán)境對我國大多數(shù)農(nóng)村人口的身心健康、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長、農(nóng)村乃至整個國家的安全與穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生重要影響。目前,我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)環(huán)境污染防治存在諸如立法不全、執(zhí)法不力、司法不公、守法意識差等問題。分析我國農(nóng)村環(huán)境污染的特點(diǎn),探討并構(gòu)建關(guān)于我國農(nóng)村環(huán)境污染和防治的長效機(jī)制,對于建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村,構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The rural environment has an important impact on the physical and mental health of the majority of the rural population, the sustained growth of the rural economy, and the security and stability of the rural and even the whole country. At present, there are some problems in environmental pollution prevention and control in rural areas of China, such as incomplete legislation, weak law enforcement, unfair administration of justice, poor awareness of law-abiding and so on. It is of great practical significance to analyze the characteristics of rural environmental pollution in China and to explore and construct a long-term mechanism of environmental pollution and prevention in rural areas for the construction of a new socialist countryside and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
