【摘要】：伴隨全球礦物資源的日漸枯竭和人類探索北極能力的提高以及全球變暖、北極地區(qū)冰蓋逐漸消融,參與北極地區(qū)事務(wù)、利用北極地區(qū)東北航道與西北航道的法律和現(xiàn)實(shí)矛盾逐漸突出起來。研究中國參與北極事務(wù)、利用北極航道的法律條件、現(xiàn)實(shí)條件和相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事利益以及對于維護(hù)中國海外利益的重要性也日漸提升。本文的研究旨在推進(jìn)國內(nèi)對北極相關(guān)專業(yè)問題的整體研究,進(jìn)而為維護(hù)中國的北極利益提供相應(yīng)的理論參考。因此本文的研究兼具一定的理論價值和實(shí)踐價值。文章最后對中國北極策略的相關(guān)建議,具有一定的創(chuàng)新性和參考意義,有助于中國未來在北極事務(wù)中的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual depletion of global mineral resources, the enhancement of human's ability to explore the Arctic and global warming, the Arctic ice sheet is gradually melting and participating in Arctic affairs. The contradiction between the law and reality of the North East Passage and the Northwest Passage is becoming more and more prominent. The study of China's participation in Arctic affairs, the use of the legal conditions, realistic conditions and related economy, military interests and the importance of safeguarding China's overseas interests are also increasing day by day. The purpose of this paper is to promote the overall study of Arctic related professional issues in China, and then to provide a theoretical reference for safeguarding China's Arctic interests. Therefore, the study of this paper has both theoretical and practical value. At the end of this paper, some suggestions on China's Arctic strategy are proposed, which are helpful to China's practical application in Arctic affairs in the future.
