【摘要】：中俄"灰色清關(guān)"事件與中美"輪胎特保案"事件,都是在華爾街金融危機的時代背景下,俄美兩國政府迫于其國內(nèi)壓力而采取行動,給中國相關(guān)外貿(mào)企業(yè)造成重大損失,并且極可能帶來連鎖反應(yīng)和造成深遠影響的重大外貿(mào)事件。本文通過對兩事件的比較分析,對我國如何處理好與不同類型國家的貿(mào)易摩擦進行有益的探討,進而提出,加強對經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型過渡期、法制環(huán)境不太完善的非WTO成員國家與我國貿(mào)易摩擦事件的研究已是一個刻不容緩的課題。
[Abstract]:The "grey customs clearance" incident between China and Russia and the Sino-US "tire protection case" both occurred in the context of the Wall Street financial crisis, and the Russian and US governments acted under domestic pressure and caused heavy losses to the relevant foreign trade enterprises in China. This paper, through the comparative analysis of the two events, makes a useful discussion on how to deal with the trade friction with different types of countries, and then puts forward that, It is an urgent task to strengthen the research on the trade frictions between the non-#en0# member countries and our country in the transitional period of economic transition and the imperfect legal environment.
