【摘要】：正修改后的民事訴訟法強(qiáng)化了檢察機(jī)關(guān)的法律監(jiān)督,增加規(guī)定了檢察建議這一監(jiān)督方式。民事檢察建議制度的落實(shí)與完善是民事檢察監(jiān)督實(shí)踐的迫切要求。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的不斷深化,各種新情況、新問題層出不窮,人民群眾對司法公正和加強(qiáng)法律監(jiān)督的呼聲更加迫切。但由于民事檢察工作起步較晚,相關(guān)法律規(guī)定又比較原則,客觀上存在監(jiān)督范圍不
[Abstract]:The revised Civil procedure Law strengthens the legal supervision of procuratorial organs and provides for the supervision of procuratorial suggestions. The implementation and perfection of civil procuratorial suggestion system is the urgent requirement of civil procuratorial supervision practice. With the rapid development of the social economy and the deepening of the reform of the market economy system, various new situations and new problems emerge in endlessly, and the people's calls for judicial justice and strengthening the legal supervision are more urgent. However, due to the relatively late start of the civil procuratorial work and the comparative principle of the relevant laws and regulations, there is an objective scope of supervision that does not exist.
