【摘要】：西班牙是世界上第三個同性婚姻合法化的國家,其同性婚姻法案于2005年7月3日生效。該法案的主要內(nèi)容是賦予同性伴侶與異性伴侶同等的權(quán)利,以及允許同性伴侶收養(yǎng)子女。在立法的過程中,西班牙社會各界對該法案的態(tài)度不同。薩帕特羅政府提出并積極推動立法,但遭到了人民黨、教會和一些社會團體的反對。該法案在眾議院首次通過后,參議院提交了否決案。一周之后,眾議院再次投票通過。西班牙同性婚姻合法化是各種利益、各種信仰、各種觀念的妥協(xié)和平衡。
[Abstract]:Spain is a third-sex marriage in the world, and its same-sex marriage act entered into force on 3 July 2005. The main content of the bill is to grant same-sex couples the same rights as the opposite-sex partner and to allow same-sex couples to adopt their children. In the course of the legislation, the attitude of the Spanish community to the Act is different. The Zapatero Government has made and actively promotes legislation, but has been opposed by the People's Party, the Church and a number of social groups. The bill was rejected by the Senate after the first pass of the House of Representatives. A week later, the House of Representatives voted again. The legalization of the same-sex marriage in Spain is a compromise and balance of various interests, beliefs and ideas.
