【摘要】：目前學(xué)界對近代留學(xué)史的研究中缺乏對日本法政大學(xué)速成科的充分論述,而法律史學(xué)者的研究則并未涉及《法政速成科關(guān)系資料》這份重要的資料。據(jù)這份資料的顯示,政法速成科系曹汝霖和范源廉兩位留日學(xué)生發(fā)起,得到梅謙次郎和志田鉀太郎等一批杰出教員的支持而啟動。自1904年到1908年,政法速成科共招收五班1885名學(xué)生,培養(yǎng)了夏同煝、汪兆銘(汪精衛(wèi))、程樹德、居正、沈鈞儒等清國和民國時期的政法精英。作為一個一時的策,其成就是突出的,但是其學(xué)制太短、教學(xué)深度不夠的問題是不可否認的。而這批留日學(xué)生因此段經(jīng)歷而產(chǎn)生的親日作風(fēng)以及因此對中國近代史造成的影響則不得不說是時代的悲哀。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a lack of sufficient exposition on the accelerated course of Japanese University of Jurisprudence in the study of the history of studying abroad in modern times, while the research of the scholars of legal history does not involve the important data of "the relationship between the accelerated branches of Law and political Affairs". According to the data, Cao Rulin and Fan Yuan-lien, the departments of political and legal accelerated Studies, started the program with the support of a group of outstanding teachers, such as Mei Qianjiro and Shida Kat Taro. From 1904 to 1908, a total of 1885 students in five classes were enrolled in the accelerated course of political Science and Law, and the political and legal elites of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, such as Xia Tongyu, Wang Zhaoming (Wang Jingwei), Cheng Shude, Juzheng and Shen Junru, were trained. As a temporary strategy, its achievement is outstanding, but its school system is too short, teaching depth is not enough problem is undeniable. The pro-Japanese style and the impact on China's modern history caused by this experience have to be said to be a tragedy of the times.
