【摘要】：改革開放三十年以來,中國的立法經(jīng)歷了巨大的變革與發(fā)展,從無法可依到基本完備,從健全法制到法治理念,從公平公正到人本和諧,不論從理論上還是實踐上都取得了巨大的成就。民主與人權(quán)是立法的核心價值,科學(xué)的立法理念為立法保駕護(hù)航。經(jīng)歷幾十載了風(fēng)雨艱辛,我們形成了具有中國特色的社會主義立法體系和立法理論,構(gòu)建了比較完善的法律體制。然而,欣喜之余,我們也應(yīng)當(dāng)看到目前存在的一些不足和有待改進(jìn)的地方,堅持幾個統(tǒng)一不動搖,用科學(xué)的發(fā)展觀指導(dǎo)完善立法,為社會主義法治建設(shè)添磚加瓦。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's legislation has undergone great changes and development, from no law to basic perfection, from perfecting the legal system to the concept of the rule of law, from fairness and justice to people-oriented harmony, and has made great achievements both in theory and in practice. Democracy and human rights are the core values of legislation, and scientific legislative ideas protect legislation. After dozens of years of hardship, we have formed a socialist legislative system and legislative theory with Chinese characteristics, and constructed a relatively perfect legal system. However, in addition to being happy, we should also see some shortcomings and areas that need to be improved at present, adhere to several unwavering unity, guide and perfect legislation with a scientific concept of development, and contribute to the construction of socialist rule of law.
